Orders placed on www.love-leyo.com are processed within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, along with a tracking number to follow its journey to you.

IN-STORE PICKUP & RETURNS

If you’ve selected Buy Online, Pickup In-Store, your order can only be returned at our physical location. Kindly bring one of the following:

  • Your order confirmation email

  • Your printed order card

  • A gift receipt

Returns & Exchanges

We truly want you to love your Love Leyo treasures. If your piece isn't the perfect fit, we offer a 14-day return or exchange policy under the following conditions:

  • Item must be unworn, in brand-new condition, and in original packaging

  • Must be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

  • All returns must be pre-authorized by contacting us before shipping

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping using a trackable shipping method.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
We do not accept packages sent COD or returns sent without prior communication—these will be refused.

Love Leyo is not responsible for any items lost or damaged during return shipping.

All Preloved items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
